Tip:
For Salmon we recommend that you leave out the butter and add the
following to your Salsa Verde:
A handfull of fresh dill leaves - finely
chopped, a teaspoon of honey to bring out the sweetness of the Salmon
and half a teaspoon of mustard. A great sauce and so.... healthy!
