Pam
catered for the rich and famous in the 80s when Marbella was in its
heyday. Famous customers include: Sean Connery, Lionel Blair and Dame
Shirley Bassey and, from Ireland - "Tayto" Joe Murphy and the
Smurfitts.
Now we spend our days developing recipes in our Marbella home
overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Tweaking and adjusting,
photographing and videoing,
and of course eating and enjoying the results.
So, she's well qualified to give cooking advice and advice on anything
to do with the kitchen. And she's happy to do it for our visitors -
Free of charge.
